Dr. Jason Wieman is a dual board-certified Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine physician.  He recently retired from the United States Army as the III Armored Corps Command Surgeon after serving for 37 years. 

 

During his time in service, he Commanded the 30th Medical Brigade and the 421st Multifunctional Medical Battalion, the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, and the Weed Army Community Hospital.  He also served in a variety of tactical roles to include the 1st Special Forces Group (ABN) Surgeon and the 1st Cavalry Division, Division Surgeon.  Additionally, he is an Army Flight Surgeon, a Navy Dive Medical Officer, an acupuncturist and a hypnotist.

 

He has been married to his wife Delilah for 33 years; they have 5 adult children and 2 grandsons (and hope for many more).
